Hi Friends!

I am Hong Thaimee, a professional Chef based in NYC with a Harvard University certification in health and wellness. My culinary journey has taken me across the globe, collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs and working in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens. Along the way, I’ve been honored to share my story and expertise through trusted media like The New York Times, Vogue, Food Network, Eater and Food & Wine.

I have created thaimee, my artisanal, restaurant quality sauces and ingredients, to bring the best of Thai flavors into your kitchen so you can have the best time cooking with your loved ones, and that starts with yourself.
